Ultrasonic Cleaner Efficacy PCD Starter Kit

• The standard PCD (process challenge device) is a specially designed capsule that closely replicates a hard to clean instrument
• The CEI (Cleaning Efficacy Indicator) is a slide that has been spoiled and will indicate how thoroughly your ultrasonic cleaning tank is cleaning
• Simply place a single CEI slide into the PCD cage as shown in the image
• Place the unit into the ultrasonic cleaner under examination and carry out a standard cleaning cycle
• Then do a visual examination of the CEI slide and compare it to the chart in the datasheet
• The spoil on the CEI slide should have been removed if not then see the datasheet below for further information
• Please note - the spoil marker on the CEI slide is made using real blood and additives layered on to a stainless steel plate
• Ideal for tattooist, veterinarian practices, surgery's, dentists, doctors, body piercing studio's, laboratories, and applications where having pristine instruments is necessary
