Front Panel for Allendale Ultrasonics 1500 and 1800 Generators

Replacement self-adhesive control panel designed for Allendale Ultrasonics 1500W and 1800W generators. Maintains original functionality with precise fit and electrical compatibility. An essential component for restoring control operations and display functions.

To Remove and Replace the Front Panel Generator Membrane:

1. Isolate the unit from the power supply and disconnect the generator lead.
2. Remove the top cover to access internal components.
3. Unplug the switch spade connectors, noting their positions for reassembly.
4. Release the mains switch by pressing down the retaining clips and pushing the switch out.
5. Disconnect the flexi cable from the display board.
6. Warm the old front panel using a heat gun or hair dryer to soften the adhesive.
7. Carefully peel away the old membrane starting from one corner.
8. Remove any remaining adhesive residue using a label remover or a suitable solvent.
9. Align and apply the new membrane, ensuring the display and switch holes are correctly positioned.
10. Reconnect the new flexi cable to the display board, ensuring correct pin alignment (do not offset by one pin).
11. Refit the mains switch and reconnect the spade connectors.
12. Replace the top cover, reconnect all leads, and test the unit to confirm proper operation.
