Great device and awesome customer service

I purchased this ultrasonic cleaner primarily for use cleaning bike components (chains, cassettes etc). I have used it for the first time today, and the results were excellent. The chains and cassettes were cleaned far more thoroughly than by any other method I have tried, and with far less time and effort.
I purchased the bundle with the included basked and drip tray, and these made the cleaning operation very straightforward and with no mess. I used a motorcycle citrous degreaser at 10% strength, heated to 50 degrees, for a 10 minute cycle. For manual cleaning I would use the degreaser neat, but in the ultrasonic bath with heat I can use a dilute solution.
The device is very easy to use and has a good range of options allowing for flexibility depending on what needs to be cleaned. It was easy to clean out afterwards. A great device for the home user.

Followed the instructions and no issue were had. Carbs came out looking like new. Given good blow over with compressed air to dry out and all good.

Used the solution on a pair of (what I thought were) fairly clean carburetors & the additional dirt they removed was incredible. Highly recommended.

This is the second Allendale ultrasonic cleaner I have bought. Reliable and do a brilliant job. I have cleaned all sorts of items but, I mainly use them for motorcycle carburettors and they have done the job brilliantly, every time. Thanks!

A really good piece of kit. Combined with the cleaning fluid, & used @ 55degC, it cleaned 1980s Mikuni carbs within a few minutes of ultrasonic action (30mins soak @ 55deg C, and then 4mins of ultrasonic, turn carb over, and another 4mins). Rinse in clean water - done. 100% clean,

Purchased the ultrasonic carb cleaner and oxidation renover (twin pack) to clean 30 year old motorcycle carburettor parts. Parts came out like new with no damage to the soft metals. Requested some advice regarding the oxidation removing fluid and received a prompt and comprehensive reply. I have plenty left and plan on using for lots of other parts.

Purchased this to replace an old 1.3L model (50w one of ebay).
This is a world apart, very nice build quality and the cleaning power is noticeably better.
Good built quality and sturdy construction, nice long power cable included. As a bonus the lid has soft pads under the corners which helps keep the noise down compared to the loud rattle of the old one I have.
I would question why a unit with a 30-15 duty cycle sports a timer for 1-99 minutes when you should not exceed 30, but at least that's printed clearly on the front so it wont be lost with the instructions.
Certainly recommend the matching basket.

Very pleased with this, will purchase from Allendale again when it's time to replace the larger units i run.

Just watching the latest series of The Repair Shop on the BBC (39/40) and Steve is using this make and model to clean some clock parts so it must be good. What an endorsement!
